Dominique Balque – President  

Dominique’s journey towards answering the call of God upon her life has been dramatic. An identity crisis led her into a wilderness of stop signs and dead end roads. After having endured much adversity, she finally surrendered unto the Lord. Dominique obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Cal State Dominguez Hills in California.  In her pursuit of God, she obeyed the voice of the Lord when she left a career in Computer Information Technology as a Systems Analyst at Toyota Motor Sales, Inc. to attend Bible College.

After her stint in Bible College, Dominique acquired a Bachelors degree in Theological Studies from Vision    International University and was subsequently launched into ministry locally and overseas. She has ministered in several 3rd World countries providing spiritual and natural enrichment. Dominique has an apostolic and prophetic calling upon her life.  She flows in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and is especially strong in the administrative gift. She delivers anointed messages of identification, healing and deliverance – provoking change, freedom and victory in Christ Jesus.

 Dominique’s 501c3 program: Virtuous Women Under Construction is a mandate that the Lord has placed within her heart.  VWUC was a cry birthed out of her own spirit to reconcile the differences she had within herself and with what the world perceived or expected her to be. Once she discovered how valuable and precious God created women to be: the priceless jewel, and diamond that they all are – her heart was more so grieved over the lie, exploitation, depiction, and degenerated role our nation and world has made of the female gender – especially within our youth.

Her positive influence and the divine connection she has with youth is evident of God’s anointing upon her life. She is also graced to work amongst incarcerated youth as a sworn Peace Officer by profession (California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation).

 VWUC is a subsidiary program within the Breakthrough Believers’ Ministries’ International (BBMI) organization (www.bbmi.com) where she ministers alongside her mother, sisters and other anointed ministers and Disciples of Christ. BBMI is a full service Discipleship Training Agency designed to enhance the efforts of the local church to equip and empower the body of Christ with the tools necessary to participate with boldness in Christ’s end-time army.

Dominique has blessed various segments of the Body of Christ through the “Equipping the Saints” Training and curriculum which she and Maggie Bombarda  designed to empower the Saints of God for effective ministry, evangelism, and missions. “Equipping the Saints” training is another subsidiary program of BBMI. She is also an entrepreneur – CEO of Eye for Perfection, Inc., The Documentation Experts (specializing in graphic design, format & layout presentation) where her motto is: “Making YOU Look GOOD is our specialty” (www.eyeforperfection.com).  Lastly, she has established a network and partnership of inner-city youth ministries and community professionals to create “Demonstrations Network.” It’s sole purpose is to unite the Body of Christ through the youth - “demonstrating the power and love of God” with signs and wonders following (www.demonstrations.network).
